Bill Payments
Whether yours is a small company or a large corporation, streamlined cash flow and bill collection is vital for the efficient, cost-effective running of your business. BRED Bank Bill Payment facility provides a low cost, high quality bill collection facility. Bill Payment meets your customers’ demands for a convenient and timesaving service allowing them to pay their bills at BRED Branch or over the internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (if they are also a BRED Bank Solomon client).
Diskpay
Save time with the BRED Bank Diskplay service. It enables you to provide BRED Bank with payment files to electronically process frequent bulk processing tasks, such as payroll and accounts payable electronically. BRED Bank Diskpay can also be used as a direct payments facility for high volume, frequent payments including:
- payroll payments
- creditor/supplier payments
- loan repayments
- collection of regular payments, for example, premium renewals and subscriptions.
Fast Deposit Bags
A self-service available for businesses. It allows you to make deposits of cash and/or cheques into your accounts within seconds and get on with running your business.
(1) Complete & sign a Business Fast Deposit Application Form
(2) Submit the form for processing to a customer service officer
(3) Await confirmation from the bank for the collection of Fast Deposit Bags
BRED EFTPOS
EFTPOS (Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale) allows you to accept payment for goods and services when the cardholder and the card are both present. This is currently under development. Please check with our friendly staff for updates.
Standing (Order) Instructions
Allows your business to make payments for a range of purposes (e.g : salaries, rent, creditors, suppliers, dividends,…) in a straightforward manner. Direct debit facilitates payment for goods and services via a prearranged direct debit from an account.

EFTPOS Options
Connection
Our terminals can use your internet connection (with a fixed/static IP address) or a landline. Where there is no landline or internet available we can provide a terminal using GPRS technology (i.e. has SIM card using Our Telekom or Bmobile mobile network).
The preferred option is internet given lower communication costs as well as being faster and reliable, but that all depends on your needs.
Card types
Merchant facilities and EFTPOS accepts Visa Card, MasterCard and the BRED Smart Card .
With all cards you can process payments in SBD, AUD, USD or EUR according to what you select at the time (if you have requested multiple currencies when first applying).
